In October 2022, Adobe added 6 new features to Photoshop CC. The three that I have incorporated into my workflow the most have been the new selections fixes, one-click content aware fill, and the invite tool. For my illustration work I do as well as my portraits, I have to use selections constantly, so being able to do a rough selection using the auto-selection tool makes my workflow much more efficient. Also in my photography, sometimes when shooting I don’t see little discrepancies in the background or foreground that I’d like to remove so being able to quickly use content-aware fill rather then having to clone stamp or spot heal the entire section I’d like to remove I am able to use that tool to speed it up. I like to send my full .PSD file to other editors for critique so being able to invite other people without exporting the file, makes that much easier and less time consuming.
